Technical Writer

Job Description:

• ssists in managing updates to the Information Security Management System (ISMS) documentation and records libraries, using turtle diagrams, risk assessment templates, and current guidelines within IS&T for policy and procedural development.

Qualifications:

• Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation.
• bility to deliver high-quality documentation paying attention to detail.
• bility to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable in text and pictures.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Basic familiarity with the SDLC and software development.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent preferred.
