Responsibilities

• Survey and assess available knowledge assets. Harvest knowledge from existing repositories on three different networks and in multiple formats.
• Support the development of a knowledge management framework.
• Engage SMEs in order to gain enriched content and validate existing information.
• Support defining measure and metrics (i.e. validation timelines, usage, etc ...)
• Have mastery of UWE, Microsoft Teams, and Atlassian Confluence.
• Produce documentation in a standardized format.
• Maintain a master "FAQ" that is easily searchable, provides a BLUF answer, and directs employees to the authoritative source for additional information.
• Monitor the health of the knowledge management ecosystem.
• Continuously capture and curate new and updated information. Maintain content library as information is updated and create a priority system for tactical updates.
• Help establish and adhere to a content standard.
• Help establish an organizational system that works in the UWE environment and the high-side environment.

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university and six (6) years of technical writing experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity OR High School Diploma or GED and ten (10) years of technical writing experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
• Current TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required
