Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Office Manager to join our team. If you enjoy variety in a fast-paced environment read on! The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the workforce, preferably holding an associate's degree. This individual will assist with HR coordination, administrative tasks, and executive support.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $55,000 - $60,000 annually, with the possibility of a higher salary for an exceptional candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
This position will be seated at the front desk initially but will offer some hybrid flexibility due to renovation plans scheduled for the beginning of the year.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with HR coordination and administrative tasks
- Support executive team with various duties
- Assist with onboarding in Paylocity
- Schedule interviews (IV's)
- Meet with new hires off-site
- Manage vendor relationships
- Keep requisitions (REQ's) up to date
- Order uniforms and office supplies
- Help with event planning
- Open and manage mail
- Handle some invoicing and scanning tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High energy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent decision-making and quick-thinking abilities
- Must maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Strong computer skills: proficiency in PowerPoint is a plus
