Job Description
Dynatrace is seeking a “Program Manager, Customer Enablement” to design learning experiences and programs to compliment and scale training offerings for Dynatrace’s Software Intelligence Platform and solutions. The Program Manager is responsible for the roadmap, definition across multiple learning channels.
The Program Manager will design learning solutions for Dynatrace Customer Enablement, including e-learning, Instructor Led (ILT) and Lab-based training. They will make a substantial impact by designing programs for learner-centric experiences and aligning them to Dynatrace business priorities. The Program Manager requires a high degree of analytical ability to find opportunities to improve user development through change and creativity — proposing and developing the appropriate learning solution(s) to meet the business objectives of Dynatrace as well as bringing the solutions to market. They will also establish and consult on best practices and SOP for asset development, learning delivery and learning support.
As a program manager, this role will require interaction with various expert teams, providing instructional guidelines and objectives but relying on subject matter experts, developers and delivery teams to develop and deliver a wide range of assets and offerings. Expertise both in Instructional Design principals as well as the ability to establish governance and processes to coordinate various development teams, operations, SMEs. The PM will be expected to gather requirements and develop learning plans and experiences to support the learning needs and opportunities across the Platform is a requirement. They will have to have demonstrated experience in creating customer and/or product enablement, with demonstrated success.
The Customer Enablement Program Manager possesses a rare blend of business and learning and design; a big-picture vision, the drive and tactical ability to make that vision a reality. They should possess a solid understanding of adult learning theory principles and be able to balance responsibilities of a program manager. The ILT Program Manager will initiate and manage the lifecycle of projects related to the customer enablement programs.
Qualifications
Minimum Required Experience
5+ years of ID experience; designing adult learning and curricula
5+ years of experience with customer facing product enablement or program management experience.
3+ years’ experience in leading the creation of education assets in the IT software (SaaS) industry.
3+ years of experience using Dynatrace, and/or other observability and security platforms.
Bachelor’s degree or greater in a related field of computer science, business related, programmatic or other similar field.
Preferred Experience
Demonstrated Project Management skills and leadership skills.
Demonstrated evaluation strategy, deliverables and go-to-market solutioning for product enablement programs.
Demonstrated planning, analysis, and creative problem-solving skills as a leader responsible for delivering customer centric solutions.
Demonstrated experience in provisioning technical components and environments to support instructional led and hands-on training.
Additional Information
DOE, annual salary is $119,000 - $148,000 plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401k, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience, education and location.
