The Program Manager for InSight leads administrative duties relating to InSight and provides support to the Career Collaborative at Champlain College. As part of its services to undergraduate students, Career Collaborative offers a unique, required career education program, called InSight, which is composed of a series of activities and deliverables relating to career development, personal finance, and wellbeing.
The Program Manager will support the successful execution of InSight by creating and maintaining the tracking of student completion of assignments, maintenance of student data, drafting of reports, and InSight-related marketing components, as well as manage a team of Personal Finance Peer Coaches and the InSight Program Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will have an analytical mind with exceptional attention to detail and appreciation for precision to accurately perform data entry and data management, as well as the ability to collaborate with campus partners to continually integrate InSight into the Champlain experience for on-campus students. Leadership and a positive externally facing demeanor are needed when speaking about InSight to stakeholders, as well as kind and effective communication when assisting students in completing milestones in an equitable manner.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate with offices across campus for improved transparency and integration of InSight into the college in the short and long term.
- Facilitate four-year case management and decision-making processes for students with non-traditional circumstances.
- Maintain accurate student records of milestone completions managed through various systems such as MS Access and Colleague.
- Support the verification, cleaning, record keeping of attendance lists from program events.
- Conduct semi-annual audits to enroll students in Canvas courses and assign milestones.
- Perform regular updates to Canvas courses to reflect most up-to-date completed milestones.
- Lead the creation of queries, macros and saved reports in MS Excel and MS Access.
- Develop InSight Communication Plan and manage its execution.
- Develop scheduled student communication efforts via email, social media and Canvas.
- Signature Event support for the Career Collaborative.
- Plan and facilitate the Game of Life annually.
- Brainstorm, develop, and streamline more attainable ways for students to feel supported through their four year program.
- Manage spring registration process.
- Act as spokesperson of the program for students, faculty, staff, and prospective students at external and internal events.
- Manage student team of financial peer coaches.
- Manage part-time InSight Program Coordinator.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Required: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of work experience.
- Experience in office administration and/or program management in higher education preferred.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Access, and G Suite
- Experience manipulating large data sets, including data cleaning, formatting, and basic analysis.
- Ability to understand multi-relational data sets. Experience with database management preferred.
- Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills with strong attention to detail.
