About the Role

We are excited to welcome a VP, Head of Investment Operations to our growing team. This pivotal role seeks a dynamic leader with at least 10 years of direct experience in the asset management industry. Are you ready to lead teams that drive core investment support activities? We need someone with a robust operational leadership background and a hands-on approach to strategic business initiatives.

Your expertise in multi-asset class investing, derivatives, alternative investments, and private markets will be crucial. You should have a proven ability to manage diverse investment structures and products, including SMAs, various forms of 40' Act funds, and private fund structures.

As the VP, you will:

• Ensure the Operations team meets strategic and performance targets.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations professionals.
• Develop and implement efficient operational policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external service providers.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support business growth in collaboration with senior management.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, a deep understanding of investment risk management and compliance, and the agility to adapt to evolving organizational needs. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required, with an advanced degree preferred. A CFA designation is highly desirable, along with experience in GIPS, investment performance, and project leadership.
