About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Director of Annuity Pricing and Product Strategy to lead our Annuity Pricing and Product Development team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven leader who will oversee the profitability, design, pricing, implementation, and launch of cutting-edge annuity products.

Your leadership will guide our actuarial functions related to pricing and product development activities, focusing on developing robust pricing and underwriting models. You will establish a comprehensive pricing framework to communicate key pricing metrics across our product portfolio, helping to inform the organization's leadership about profitability targets and risk assessments associated with new business initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess an FSA designation and have a minimum of 8 years' experience within the actuarial domain, specifically in pricing. A strong expertise in Fixed Indexed Annuities (FIA) and Multi-Year Guaranteed Annuities (MYGA) is essential for this role.

This pivotal position will ensure that our annuity products are both profitable and aligned with market demands and regulatory standards. As you play a key role in strategic decision-making, it will be important for you to effectively communicate complex concepts in pricing and product development to diverse stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
