About the Role

Join our passionate team as a Co-Executive Director, where you will play a pivotal role in administration and management with a key focus on affordable housing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of executive management experience and a postgraduate degree in a relevant field. A proven track record in fundraising, policy development, and advocacy is crucial. You should embody our commitment to justice, equity, and inclusion and demonstrate a hands-on leadership style that inspires and empowers your team.

This role also involves shared oversight of organizational management, operations, finances, asset management, and community outreach. You will cultivate strong relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and residents while passionately advocating for racial, housing, and economic justice.
