About the Role

As the Vice President of Property Brokerage, you will play a transformative role in our E&S Specialty Brokerage division. We are looking for a visionary leader with a proven background in the E&S Brokerage Shared and Layered marketplace. Your expertise will drive the development of a comprehensive strategy to align with our customer and business goals, enhancing our financial performance. You will lead a dynamic team to execute business plans that spearhead growth while upholding the portfolio's integrity.

Your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing underwriting guidelines
• Ensuring profitability and maintaining a robust product portfolio
• Identifying opportunities for innovation in our offerings
• Fostering a culture of talent development and succession planning within your team
• Collaborating with key business partners to address governance and compliance

The ideal candidate will possess:

• An undergraduate degree in business administration or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred
• Completion of general insurance courses such as CPCU, CIC, AU, ARM, CPIW, or ASLI
• Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills
