We are on the lookout for a dynamic and experienced Senior Director to lead our Business Development and Licensing initiatives, with a strong emphasis on RNAi technology. In this pivotal role, you will drive strategic business development processes, identifying and negotiating key partnerships, alliances, and licensing agreements that align with our company’s objectives. Your extensive experience in the life sciences sector will be crucial for assessing new opportunities along with a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape in which we operate.

As Senior Director, you will collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to define and implement our business development strategy, leveraging your established network and relationships with key decision-makers in pharmaceutical organizations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Expanding outreach and fostering dialogue with potential partners
• Proposing and negotiating innovative deal structures
• Showcasing our commercial positioning in external forums
• Evaluating commercial opportunities across various therapeutic areas

This role also necessitates close collaboration with our R&D teams, management of existing alliances, and development of tailored pitch materials. We seek a strategic thinker who is results-driven, with exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation capabilities. Financial acumen to conduct valuation analyses is essential. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to lead a team comprising Competitive Intelligence and Business Development Analysts, fostering an environment focused on growth and innovation.
