JOB SUMMARY:

• Under limited Supervision, installs, repairs, and maintains all physical elements of the institution to ensure a continued safe environment for all residents, staff and visitors to support outages and repairs

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic professional knowledge; equivalent to a Bachelor's degree; working knowledge of theory and practice within a specialized field


• Five years experience as a Preventative Maintenance mechanic, maintenance mechanic, or three years experience in a mechanical trade such as H.V.A.C., pipefitting, engineering, etc


• First, second and weekend shift coverage preferred
