Manufacturing Technician

Job Overview

• We are currently seeking skilled Manfacturing Technicians with a strong background in machine operation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various manufacturing machines and equipment, contributing to the assembly of drilling tools.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain manufacturing machines and equipment.
• Metal preparation by sandblasting, grinding, and fabricating.
• Applying adhesives and operating rubber injection machines.
• Ensure compliance and safety regulations and protocols.
• Documents and records data in assigned work area.
• Ensures that the finished product meets company quality policy.
• Ensure all PPE (personal protection equipment) is used.
• May require frequent lifting 50+ lbs and standing for a long period.

Education:

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• 1-2 years related experience or training.

Experience:

• Proven machine operating experience.
• Ability to perform a variety of tasks.
• Must have a safety and quality mindset.
• Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in a physically demanding environment.
• Ability to read and comprehend written instructions and blueprints.

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced environment.
• Regular exposure to machinery and equipment.
• Emphasis on safety and adherence to protocols.
• Climate controlled.
