BigCommerce Developer - PHP/React.js

Job Description : We are seeking a skilled BigCommerce Developer with expertise in PHP and React.js to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, enhancing, and maintaining eCommerce platforms using BigCommerce. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customized solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities : 1. Build and customize eCommerce platforms using BigCommerce, including theme customization, API integrations, and custom checkout processes. 2. Develop and maintain the backend using PHP, ensuring scalability, performance, and security. 3. Create dynamic, responsive, and interactive user interfaces using React.js to enhance the user experience. 4. Integrate third-party services and APIs with BigCommerce to expand functionalities and provide seamless user experiences. 5. Implement best practices in code quality, page speed optimization, and SEO to enhance platform performance. 6. Work with UI/UX designers, project managers, and other developers to translate requirements into functional features. 7. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other issues related to BigCommerce and integrated technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications : 1. Minimum of 5 years in web development with a focus on BigCommerce, PHP, and React.js. 2. Proficiency in BigCommerce platform, including theme customization, Stencil framework, and BigCommerce APIs. 3. Strong knowledge of PHP for backend development, with a solid understanding of object-oriented programming and MVC frameworks. 4. Hands-on experience in building and maintaining front-end applications using React.js. 5. Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party service integration. 6.
