Job Description : We are looking for a highly skilled Senior ReactJS Developer to lead and drive the development of our web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ReactJS and a solid understanding of front-end architecture and best practices. As a senior team member, you will play a crucial role in guiding the team, implementing high-quality code, and making strategic decisions for project success. Responsibilities : - Develop complex web applications using ReactJS. - Lead a team of developers, providing technical guidance and mentoring. - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality features. - Ensure code quality, scalability, and performance standards. - Conduct code reviews and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Drive the adoption of best practices and cutting-edge tools in front-end development. - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Requirements : - 7 years of experience in front-end development, with a focus on ReactJS. - Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6), HTML, CSS, and responsive design. - Proficiency in state management libraries (e.g., Redux) and React ecosystem tools. - Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and integrating with backend services. - Experience with Git and other version control systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach. - Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Preferred Qualifications : - Familiarity with modern CI/CD practices and DevOps workflows. - Knowledge of backend technologies or full-stack experience is a plus. - Experience in BPM tools such as Pega, Bizagi, Appian, Active Matrix and other related tools is strongly preferred; - Hands on experience in design and development using Camunda is preferred; - Extensive BPM knowledge and experience in conceptualizing workflow solution using Camunda is a Plus; (ref:hirist.tech)
