.Net Developer - ASP/MVC/WebAPI

Position : Software Developer /Sr. FSoftware Developer. Education Qualification : BE / B.Tech /MCA. Minimum Years of Experience : 3-8 years. Location : Bangalore. Requirement : Immediate or Max 15 days. Roles & Responsibility : - Design, develop, and maintain high-performing, scalable applications using C# and related .NET technologies. - Ensure all development aligns with project requirements, industry standards, and client needs. - Work closely with cross-functional team including product managers, designers, and other developers-to define, design, and deliver new features. - Actively participate in team meetings to gather insights and share progress. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects efficiently to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Use debugging tools and methodologies to track down issues and implement effective solutions. - Write clean, maintainable code that follows industry best practices and organizational standards. - Regularly review and refine your code to improve readability, performance, and maintainability. - Participate actively in code reviews, offering constructive feedback to team members and sharing insights to help maintain a high standard of code quality across the team. - Develop and execute unit tests to validate functionality and ensure software reliability and performance. - Collaborate with the QA team as needed to address issues identified during testing. - Stay updated on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in the field. - Proactively propose and implement improvements to optimize application performance and enhance user experience. Job Requirements : Educational Background : A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field, or equivalent work experience. - Demonstrated experience as a C# Developer with a robust portfolio of software applications. - Hands-on experience with the .NET framework and familiarity with ASP.NET, MVC, and Web API. - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns, with the ability to apply these concepts effectively in developing scalable and reusable code. - Experience working with SQL and database management systems, particularly Microsoft SQL Server. - Proficiency in creating, modifying, and querying databases to support application requirements. - Ability to work effectively within a team-oriented environment. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration with team members, convey technical information, and respond to feedback. - Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to overcoming software development challenges. - Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and implement innovative solutions.
