Role Description : Java Lead with ReactJS We are seeking a talented and experienced Java Lead with expertise in ReactJS for a full-time, on-site position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading full-stack development, managing both front-end and back-end development tasks, and contributing to the development of high-quality software solutions. Roles and Responsibilities : - Lead and manage full-stack development projects using Java and ReactJS. - Develop scalable and efficient front-end applications using ReactJS and Redux. - Build robust back-end systems and APIs using Java. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features. - Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and their seamless integration with backend systems. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve software bugs, issues, and performance bottlenecks. - Mentor junior developers and contribute to team growth and knowledge sharing. Skills and Qualifications Required : - 3-5 years of experience in full-stack development. - Strong expertise in Java for back-end development. - Proficiency in ReactJS and Redux for front-end development. - Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. - Effective communication and teamwork abilities. - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications : - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools. - Experience with Agile methodologies. - Knowledge of modern build pipelines and tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel).
