Node.js Developer

Responsibilities : - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy robust backend solutions using Node.js . - Optimize database queries and performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing. - Design and implement RESTful APIs to enable seamless communication between frontend and backend systems. - Architect and develop microservices-based applications to promote scalability and modularity. - Utilize in-depth knowledge of databases like SQLite, DuckDB, MySQL, and others to design and optimize data storage solutions. - Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access. - Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve backend issues to ensure system stability and uptime. - Conduct code reviews, provide technical guidance, and mentor junior team members. - Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in backend development. Requirements : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in backend development using Node.js . - Strong proficiency in query optimization techniques and performance tuning. - Extensive experience in REST API development and microservices architecture. - Depth knowledge of databases such as SQLite, DuckDB, MySQL, etc., including schema design, indexing, and optimization. - Solid understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred Qualifications : - Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Knowledge of message brokers like RabbitMQ or MQTT. - Understanding of DevOps principles and practices. - Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile are a plus.
