Salesforce Functional Business Analyst

About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Functional Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. As a Salesforce Functional Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Key Responsibilities : Business Analysis : - Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. - Elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements. - Create detailed functional specifications and user stories. Salesforce Configuration : - Configure Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business needs. - Design and implement custom workflows, validation rules, and process builders. - Create custom objects, fields, page layouts, and record types. Integration : - Understand and work with integration patterns (peer-to-peer or middleware) to integrate Salesforce with other systems. - Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data integration and system synchronization. Testing and Deployment : - Develop test cases and test scripts to ensure quality and functionality. - Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and deployment activities. - Stay updated with Salesforce releases and implement new features as needed. Support and Maintenance : - Provide ongoing support and maintenance for Salesforce applications. - Troubleshoot issues and resolve problems efficiently. Required Skills and Experience : Salesforce Certifications : Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, and Salesforce Business Analyst certifications. Domain Expertise : Strong understanding of the Banking and Insurance domains. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization. - Knowledge of Apex programming (nice to have). - Experience with Salesforce Lightning and its components (Lightning Web Components, Aura Components). - Familiarity with Salesforce Flows, Email Templates, Omni Scripts, and Flex Cards. - Understanding of Salesforce release cycles and new features. Soft Skills : - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Detail-oriented and organized. Preferred Qualifications : - Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, or Sales Cloud certifications. - Experience with Jira and Confluence (ref:hirist.tech)
