PHP Developer - Laravel Framework

Job Description : Key Responsibilities : - Develop and maintain PHP applications using Laravel framework. - Design, implement, and optimize database schemas using MySQL or other relational databases. - Implement efficient data transfer mechanisms between the server and client-side applications. - Integrate third-party APIs and web services to enhance application functionality. - Develop and customize plugins for popular frameworks to extend their capabilities. - Analyze and optimize application performance to ensure optimal speed and responsiveness. - Write clear and concise documentation for PHP code to facilitate maintenance and future development. - Work closely with front-end developers, designers, and project managers to ensure seamless integration and timely delivery. - Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to PHP applications. Required Skills and Experience : - Strong proficiency in PHP and Laravel framework. - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL). - Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). - Experience with version control systems (Git). - Understanding of RESTful API design and development. - Strong problem-solving and debugging skills. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred Skills : - Experience with front-end frameworks (Vue.js, React). - Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure). - Experience with testing frameworks (PHPUnit). - Understanding of security best practices (ref:hirist.tech)
