Location Chennai. Qualifications - B.E or B. Tech from Computer Science Engineering or IT. Experience : 8-14 years. Duties & Responsibilities : - Agile Practices and Framework Knowledge : - A deep understanding of agile methodologies and the Scrum framework is fundamental. - This includes knowing the principles and values of Agile, the mechanics of the Scrum process, and the ability to apply various agile practices effectively. - Mastery of these concepts enables Scrum Masters to facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews, ensuring the team adheres to agile best practices and continuously improves its workflow. - Facilitation and Coaching Abilities : Scrum Masters must possess exceptional facilitation. Skills : - They guide teams through Scrum events and decision-making processes, acting as coaches not only for the development team but also for the product owner and the organization. - Effective coaching involves fostering an environment where team members can collaborate openly, self-organize, and find solutions to their challenges. - Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication skills are crucial Scrum. - Masters facilitate collaboration between team members, stakeholders, and other roles. - They ensure everyone understands the project's goals, priorities, and progress Active listening, empathy, and the ability to ask powerful questions encourage self-discovery and growth within the team. - Problem-Solving: Scrum Masters are natural problem solvers. - They help resolve impediments, remove obstacles, and promote a culture of continuous improvement. - Being resourceful and adaptable is essential in addressing challenges that arise during the project. - Stakeholder Management: Scrum Masters interact with various stakeholders, including product owners, executives, and external partners. - Building strong relationships,.managing expectations, and ensuring alignment are critical skills for success.
