Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force

Key Responsibilities:. Design, develop, and customize Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs. Implement Salesforce best practices and ensure code quality, security, and performance optimization. Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, and process automation to meet business needs. Manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems, particularly Terafina, ensuring data synchronization and system integrity. Terafina Implementation & Customization:. Work on the integration of Terafina with Salesforce to streamline digital onboarding and account opening processes. Customize and configure Terafina to align with business requirements and ensure a smooth end-to-end customer journey. Develop and optimize workflows within Terafina for new account opening, loan origination, and digital onboarding. Provide technical expertise on how to enhance customer engagement and improve the onboarding experience using Terafina. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Teams:. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and business stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Provide technical support and guidance to junior developers and other team members. Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and solution architecture discussions to ensure high-quality solutions. Testing & Quality Assurance:. Write unit tests, conduct code reviews, and troubleshoot issues to ensure the high performance and quality of the developed solutions. Work closely with QA teams to develop test plans and ensure thorough testing of all integrations and customizations. Maintenance & Documentation:. Provide ongoing support and maintenance of Salesforce and Terafina integrations, addressing issues promptly and effectively. Document design, configuration, and development activities to ensure proper knowledge transfer and easy system maintenance. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 6 years of experience in Salesforce development (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components). - Strong expertise in Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration. - Proven experience with Terafina or similar digital onboarding/account opening platforms. - Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST, SOAP, or other APIs. - Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture and best practices. - Experience with financial services or banking domains (preferred but not mandatory). - Knowledge of CRM and customer lifecycle management. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. - Salesforce certifications (e.g, Salesforce Platform Developer, Salesforce Administrator) are highly preferred.
