Role Overview : We are seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team at NexusLink Services India Pvt Ltd in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, on-site role, requiring in-depth knowledge of data analysis, dashboard creation, and business intelligence tools, with a strong emphasis on AWS QuickSight. The successful candidate will be responsible for data modeling, creating insightful dashboards, and conducting comprehensive business analysis to support decision-making. Key Responsibilities : - Design and develop data models to support business intelligence requirements. - Create visually appealing and informative dashboards using business intelligence tools. - Utilize AWS QuickSight for data visualization and reporting. - Conduct detailed business analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver tailored data insights. - Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable recommendations. - Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data used in business intelligence solutions. Qualifications : - 3 to 5 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analysis. - Proven expertise in Data Modeling and Dashboard Creation. - Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools (AWS QuickSight experience is a plus). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying solutions.
