Role : Technical Program Manager (Project Management, Agile) Project Management, Scrum, Agile Development, JIRA, Data Analysis Experience Required : 7 - 10 years Mandatory (Company) : Product Companies Mandatory (Education) : Education BE / BTech / MTech only Working Days : 5 days/week Office Location : Santa Cruz (E) Mumbai Role & Responsibilities : - Work closely with the team to identify problems, opportunities and solutions that will improve the integrated experience for home construction customers while solving for efficiency amongst internal stakeholders - Solve for the entire life-cycle of the home construction project - Build relations and collaborate with internal stakeholders to receive input, get feedback, and keep them informed. - Collaborate with a team of Product Managers as we continue to evolve our product offering. - Work passionately to ensure your team is focusing on the right things, balancing short versus long term needs. Ideal Candidate : - Experience in building large scale project management products - Strong Technical Project Management Profile - Mandatory experience : Must have 6 YOE in Technical Project Management - Mandatory experience : Experience in agile and scrum practices with managing project dashboards and tracking project metrics - High customer centricity and experience in building consumer interfaces - Good understanding of next gen technologies that will be used for platform engineering and how some of them can be used in new product features - You have a big interest in building relations with internal stakeholders and learning about their projects and needs.
