Job Description : - Full-stack experience : Should have experience working on both the front-end and back-end of software applications. - Strong communication skills : Should have experience communicating with team members and clients, both verbally and in writing. - Team management experience : Should have experience managing and mentoring junior team members. - Research and reference skills : Should be able to research and reference new technologies, frameworks, and tools as needed. - Flexibility : Should be open to working with new technology stacks and have the ability to adapt to new technologies quickly. - Experience in estimation and scheduling : Should have experience in creating accurate project estimates and schedules. - Understanding of performance optimization : Should have experience in optimizing the performance of software applications. - Strong understanding of web security : Should have experience implementing security measures in software applications. - Problem-solving skills : Should have a strong ability to troubleshoot and debug software applications. - Familiarity with Cloud computing : Should have experience working with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud and knowledge of cloud-native development and skills : - Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role - Experience developing desktop and mobile applications - Familiarity with common stacks - Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery) - Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js) - Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design - Excellent communication and teamwork skills - Great attention to detail (ref:hirist.tech)
