AWS Engineer - Python Development

We are looking for an experienced AWS Engineer with a strong background in Python development and AWS cloud services to join our team. This role focuses on developing, deploying, and managing scalable cloud-based solutions on AWS while ensuring best practices in security, performance, and infrastructure management. The ideal candidate will have experience with infrastructure as code, microservices architecture, and data management, and will thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities : - Manage and optimize AWS cloud services, including EC2, S3, IAM, RDS, VPC, Route53, Lambda, EKS, Load Balancers, CloudWatch, API Gateway, SQS, and SNS to create a secure, efficient cloud environment. - Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation for streamlined resource provisioning. - Develop robust applications and services in Python using frameworks like Django or Flask for backend development. - Design and deploy microservices-oriented architectures with REST APIs that support scalable and efficient application services. - Work with PostgreSQL or Elastic DB to manage data storage, retrieval, and optimization within AWS cloud environments. - Ensure high data availability, security, and performance through appropriate database management techniques. - Apply strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms in developing efficient solutions for data processing, storage, and transfer. - Use CloudWatch and other AWS monitoring tools to proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, system issues, and potential risks. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AWS solutions. - Provide documentation and knowledge sharing on AWS services, best practices, and infrastructure management to improve team capabilities. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 3-5 years of experience as an AWS Engineer or in a similar role with AWS-focused cloud development. - Strong experience in Python and frameworks like Django or Flask. - Hands-on expertise with AWS cloud services and microservices architecture. - Solid knowledge of Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation. - Thorough understanding of data structures and algorithms for efficient solution design. - Practical experience with PostgreSQL or Elastic DB in a cloud environment. - Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
