Primary Skill : OpenText CCM, Java, Exstream. Location : Hyderabad. Experience : 4-6 Yrs. Job Summary : We are looking for a Senior Software Developer who has extensive experience in OpenText Exstream to join our customer communication management (CCM) team. The role requires you to be well verged with end-to-end document life cycle and able to design, develop, implement and maintain end-to-end customer communication management applications. The role involves communicating directly with the customers to understand their requirements and finalize the input file structure. You will leverage latest software technologies and use OpenText Exstream Live, OpenText Exstream Empower, OpenText Exstream version upgrade and OpenText Exstream migration project. Use appropriate system methodologies for analysis, design, coding, testing, implementation and modification to create PDF documents and AFP output streams. Responsibilities : - Following are the day-to-day work activities:. - Develop end-to-end CCM applications. - Integrate output queues for printing and electronic channels. - Understand the customer requirement and finalize the input file structure. - Thorough understanding of different output formats (AFP, PDF, HTML5, LIVE, Empower). Requirements : - Candidates are required to have these mandatory skills to get the eligibility of their profile assessed. The must have requirements are : - Experience end-to-End document lifecycle and OpenText Exstream. - Experience in OpenText Exstream Live, Empower and Content Author. - Experience in OpenText Exstream, Command center, Communication Builder, Communication Server, OTDS, WorkShop, StoryBoard, ReTouch, Supervisor. - Experience in OpenText Exstream version upgrade. - Experience in OpenText Exstream migration project. - Experience in direct customer communication. - Experience in scripting or programming languages (Java, shell script, Cobol, .net). - Good debugging and error solving skills.
