Quality Assurance Analyst - Manual & Automation Testing

We are looking for an experienced QA Analyst to join our team and ensure the highest standards of software quality. As a QA Analyst, you will be responsible for performing manual and automated testing, troubleshooting production issues, and providing support for enterprise customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and resolve software defects, contributing to the overall development lifecycle. This is a dynamic role that offers the opportunity to work in all phases of the development process. Key Responsibilities : - Conduct thorough manual testing to identify defects and ensure applications meet business requirements. - Develop and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks like Selenium and JUnit to improve testing efficiency. - Investigate and resolve production issues and performance problems to enhance customer experience. - Handle enterprise customer support requests, offering assistance with configurations, user training, and onboarding. - Work with QA Analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and improve processes. - Contribute to all stages of the development lifecycle, from design and build to deployment and support. - Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and contribute to improving testing methodologies and automation processes. Required Skills & Qualifications : - 3-5 years of experience in manual and automation testing. - Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, and CI/CD pipelines. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve defects and production issues. - Excellent communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical teams. - Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery.
