MGS India has plans to significantly ramp-up its growth over the next18-24monthswhile servicing MUFGsglobal networkacrossAmericas,EMEAand Asia Pacific AbouttheRole PositionTitle: AVP / Manager - PMOCorporateTitle: AVP / Manager Reporting to: VicePresident Location: Bangalore JobProfile Experience Previousexperiencein aPMO,preferably8-10years Experience in the banking industry, at least 10-12 years with a comprehensive understanding ofbanking operations(Trade,Commercial Lending,Deposits andPayments) Change Management experience, with a minimum of 7-8 years, preferably with Lean / Six Sigmatraining orcertification Skills Expertise in developing and managing PMO strategies, project management methodologies andtechniques,includingAgile,Scrum Exceptional ability to develop and manage complex project schedules, identify, and mitigate risks,setproject scopes,objectives,anddeliverables Ability to provide guidance and team leadership, oversee multiple projects simultaneously, andmanage conflictseffectively Highly proficient in crafting and delivering presentations to senior management and otherstakeholders Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, critical for effective interaction with team membersand stakeholdersatall levels Proficiency in conducting Cost-Benefit Analysis to estimate the strengths and weaknesses ofalternativesinbusinessdecisions Responsibilities Developandpromotestandardizationstrategiestoenhance efficiencyacrossprojects Overseetheoperationswithin theprojectmanagementoffice Supportprojectexecutionandprovideexpertise ontheplanningandclosing ofprojects Implementandenforceproject standardsacrossallprojectswithin theportfolio Developacomprehensiveroadmap forthePMO,includingaprogramforcontinuousimprovement Qualifications MastersdegreeinBusiness,Finance,orrelated field Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certificationis highlydesirable Comprehensivefamiliaritywithbankingregulationsandcompliancestandards PersonalRequirements Excellentcommunicationskills Resultsdriven,withastrongsenseofaccountability Aproactive,motivatedapproach.
