AVP - GOS - Business Manager [Financial Planning and Analysis & PowerBI]

Skills & Knowledge (e.g., Capability, Traits required for the role): Strong knowledge of budgeting, cost forecasting, and financial analysis Ability to link financial performance with operational decisions to drive cost efficiency Knowledge in developing and managing Business Continuity Plans (BCP), including risk assessment and mitigation strategies. Ability to establish and manage an effective operating rhythm, ensuring smooth execution of daily operations Proficiency in analyzing operational data to provide insights, track KPIs, and supporting decision making Advanced skills in reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, etc. to present financial and operational performance data clearly Ability to collaborate with senior leadership, providing strategic advice and operational insights. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to make data driven decisions Education & Professional Qualifications: Masters degree in finance, Accounting, or Business Administration Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation is highly desirable. Length & Type of Experience: Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in banking industry
