Sr. Power BI Developer [Python& SQL]

Job Profile Position details: This position is a software developer role, joining a current team, that is responsible for creating and maintaining reports for use with Senior Management meetings and Executive Committee of the Americas. The ideal candidate should have a combination of technical skills and creativity to create a report story board with minimal business requirements. The candidate should also be able to perform standard production support and maintenance for the various reports that have been created for the business units. The candidate should be able to build and support small scripts built in Python as well as automation code using Power Automate. Roles and Responsibilities: Build, create and publish Reports using Power BI with the highest quality of work. Must be able to create and debug Python scripts used for data sourcing, cleansing and enrichment. Must be able to support previously built applications and ability to analyze, design, build, and develop new applications based on business requirements and product specifications. Test, Debug, Deploy and document code, process, and procedures to ensure compliance and completeness of work. Identify and raise awareness of any risks, issues and/or observations that may result in vulnerability or failed process observed on our day-to-day operations. Ability to learn and adopt new skills and new technologies that are required by the job. Consistently challenge the status quo and ask questions. Innovative and must show consistent ability to think outside of the box.
