Business Analyst

Job Description : As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our clients' needs and our technical teams. You will work closely with stakeholders, including clients, product managers, and developers, to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Your primary focus will be on the healthcare domain, where you will contribute to the development and enhancement of products that improve healthcare outcomes. Key Responsibilities : - Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to gather and document detailed business requirements. - Analyze and translate business needs into technical specifications and user stories. - Act as a liaison between the business and technical teams to ensure that requirements are fully understood and implemented effectively. - Conduct data analysis and process modeling to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations. - Participate in product development as a Product Owner, ensuring that the product vision is aligned with business objectives. - Support the development and testing teams by providing clear and actionable requirements, acceptance criteria, and feedback during the software development lifecycle. - Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. - Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and decision-making. - Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and regulations in all product development activities. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 4-8 years of experience in business analysis, with a strong focus on the healthcare domain. - Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product management. - Strong understanding of healthcare processes, regulations, and industry standards. - Proficiency in data analysis, process modeling, and requirement documentation. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work environment, managing both remote and on-site interactions effectively. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
