Lead Java Developer - Spring Boot

Role and Responsibilities : - Lead and manage a team of Java developers. - Design, develop, and maintain high-performance Java applications. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. - Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. - Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs. - Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
