Senior Data Analyst - Dashboard Design

About the Role : We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Analyst with a strong background in Fintech to join our team in Viman Nagar, Pune. You will play a key role in leveraging data to drive insights, optimize operations, and support strategic decision-making within the Fintech domain. Responsibilities : - Partner with business stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into actionable insights. - Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources. - Perform advanced data analysis using statistical techniques and machine learning models (if applicable). - Develop and maintain data pipelines to ensure data quality and accessibility. - Create data visualizations (dashboards, reports) to effectively communicate insights to non-technical audiences. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement. - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and Fintech. - May participate in project management activities related to data initiatives. Qualifications : - 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on the Fintech industry (highly preferred). - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field (Master's degree a plus). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in SQL and data manipulation tools (e., Pandas, R). - Experience with data visualization tools (e., Tableau, Power BI). - Experience with data warehousing concepts (a plus). - Understanding of financial data and Fintech metrics (highly desirable). - Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
