Head of Engineering/CTO

Job Title : Head of Engineering Experience : 15-18 Years (Strictly not more than 18 Years) Job Overview : The Head of Engineering will be responsible for overseeing the technology strategy This executive role demands a forward-thinking leader with a strong background in Engineering. Key Responsibilities : - Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the company's overall business goals. - Lead the digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and support growth. - Oversee the design, implementation, and management of IT systems, infrastructure, and applications. - Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of IT systems. - Implement data governance frameworks to ensure data integrity, security, and availability. - Leverage data analytics to provide actionable insights and drive decision-making. - Develop and enforce IT security policies to protect the company's information assets. - Monitor and respond to security incidents and ensure compliance with relevant regulations. - Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. - Recruit, train, and retain top IT talent. - Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services. - Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs). - Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources. - Monitor IT spending and report on financial performance. - Collaborate with other executive leaders to align IT initiatives with business needs. - Communicate IT strategies and performance to the board of directors and other stakeholders. - Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT, with at least 7 years in a senior leadership role. Skills : - Strong strategic planning and project management skills. - Excellent leadership and team-building abilities. - Has expertise working on SAP & other Tech Stacks, Tech solutions and Project Management Tools. - Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
