Minimalist - Full Stack Developer - Web & Mobile Apps

Key Responsibilities : Full Stack Development : - Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and high-performance web and mobile applications. - Work on both front-end and back-end components, including database design and integration. - Ensure responsive and visually appealing UI/UX designs. - Implement security and data protection measures. Technical Expertise : - Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices. - Provide technical leadership in architecture, design, and implementation of new features and functionalities. - Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the entire stack. - Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Collaboration and Communication : - Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment. - Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Document technical specifications, processes, and workflows. - Participate in client meetings and provide technical insights and recommendations. Leadership and Team Management : - Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise. - Oversee the development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects. - Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines. - Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Qualifications : Experience : - 4 to 5 years of proven experience in full stack development. - Prior experience in a leadership or mentoring role is highly desirable. Technical Skills : - Proficiency in front-end technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js. - Expertise in back-end technologies : Node.js, Python, Ruby, Java, or PHP. - Experience with database management : SQL, NoSQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, etc. - Familiarity with version control systems : Git, GitHub, GitLab. - Knowledge of cloud services and deployment : AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
