Title : Business Analyst Product : LeadGen Platform for a Silicon Valley based Martech company. Loc : Mumbai (Wadala) About the Role : As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will collaborate closely with clients, primarily based in the US, to understand their requirements, document them effectively, and ensure successful project implementation. Key Responsibilities : Requirement Gathering : - Conduct thorough requirements gathering sessions with clients to understand their business objectives, processes, and pain points. - Document detailed business requirements, including functional specifications, use cases, and non-functional requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and consensus on project scope and deliverables. Process Mapping: - Create process maps, flowcharts, and swimlane diagrams to visualize and analyze existing business processes. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions. - Document as-is and to-be process models to support project : - Develop and maintain comprehensive Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that clearly articulate project scope, objectives, and requirements. - Create and manage other project documentation, such as functional specifications, use cases, and test cases. Tool Proficiency : - Utilize JIRA for effective project tracking, issue management, and collaboration. - Leverage Power BI to create insightful reports, dashboards, and visualizations to support decision-making. Familiarity with Salesforce is a plus. Client Communication : - Foster strong relationships with US-based clients, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. - Proactively address client concerns and questions, providing timely and accurate information. Research and Problem-Solving : - Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and best practices. - Demonstrate a DIY approach to problem-solving, utilizing your research skills and analytical thinking. Required Skills and Qualifications : - 1-3 years of experience in business analysis or a related field. - Strong skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation. - Proficiency in using JIRA for project management. - Advanced proficiency in Power BI for data analysis and visualization. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Exposure to Martech/lead generation domain and US clients is preferred. Preferred Skills : - Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). - Knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques. - Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
