JOB DESCRIPTION : We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in project management / scrum methodologies to lead and deliver projects within the payment / banking domain. Key Responsibilities : - Well-Versed in end-to-end management and implementation of Enterprise Applications in banking domain and Software Development projects - Effective and collaborative Project Manager / Scrum Master Expert ability to apply best project management, Scrum practices like Backlog Management, facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, Velocity metrics, user story level estimation, etc. - Ensure that tasks are allocated to every team member and that the work is visible to stakeholders and team members by providing a clear interaction model - Good understanding of Jira, Confluence etc. to enable efficient task allocation and showcasing of Dashboard and metrics to the team and Senior Management - Make sure that 3rd party dependencies are understood and communicated to the cross teams to ensure that team delivery is aligned and made available in time - Manage risks and issues throughout the Software Development Lifecycle and ensure that mitigations are in place - Work with Business / Product Owner to refine the Product backlog for upcoming Sprints - Protect the team from outside interference, remove blockers which hinder team performance and delivery.
