Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Testing

Job title : QA Automation Engineer Exp : 6 Years Location : Pune NP : Immediate - 30 days Job Description : We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer proficient in Selenium Java, API testing (using Rest Assured), Jenkins, GIT, Splunk, Putty, and Agile methodologies. As a part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through automated testing frameworks and tools. Responsibilities : - Develop and execute automated tests for web applications using Selenium WebDriver with Java. - Create and maintain API tests using Rest Assured for testing RESTful web services. - Integrate automated tests into continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using Jenkins. - Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive test coverage. - Report and track defects, and work with the team to ensure timely resolution. - Utilize GIT for version control and code repository management. - Analyze logs and troubleshoot issues using Splunk. - Work in Agile/Scrum environment, participating in sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospective meetings. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). - Proven experience 10 years in automated testing with Selenium WebDriver and Java. - Solid understanding of API testing using Rest Assured or similar tools. - Experience with Jenkins for CI/CD automation. - Proficient with version control systems like GIT. - Familiarity with Splunk for log analysis and troubleshooting. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and principles. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
