Azure Architect - IAC Terraform/Ansible

Job Description : Sr. Consultant (Azure) Location : Noida, India Working Hours : 7:00 AM- 4:00 PM PST Employment Type : Full time Salary : Negotiable Experience : 7-12 years Key Responsibilities : - Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient Azure solutions for clients. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical roadmaps. - Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform, Ansible, or other tools. - Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of cloud-based systems through monitoring and optimization techniques. - Provide expert-level guidance on Microsoft Azure best practices to customers - Development of CI/CD pipelines for management of software on infrastructure - Deployment of monitoring systems to ensure ongoing system reliability - Experience in designing and deployment of resilient, backup, and disaster recovery solutions on cloud. - Experience working in customer facing roles Technical Skills : - Must be Azure Certified - Knowledgeable about security requirements including encryption in transit and at rest, vulnerability management, access controls, etc - Knowledge of cloud security frameworks - Experience with security information and event management (SIEM) platforms (e.g., Splunk, ELK). - Hands on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing, infrastructure as code (Terraform, Biceps etc.), writing Azure DevOps Pipeline YAMLs etc. - Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, SonarQube, CheckMarx, Argo CD, Ansible etc. - Experience managing web applications, web servers, application server frameworks in VM and Cloud based configurations Good to have : - Knowledge of other cloud platforms like AWS, GCP - Knowledge of design and deployments in multi-cloud environment - Certifications on other cloud platforms Interpersonal Skills : - Willingness and acumen to learn and adopt new technologies/enhancements - Positive attitude towards work and team - Ability to break complex problems into pieces and approach solutions. - Ability to accept new challenges in the role. - Ability to independently work on complex projects related to services with little or no assistance from others. - Ability to understand the business requirements thoroughly and convert those requirements into proper technical solutions to achieve the required goals. - Able to identify the gaps in the processes and propose appropriate changes required for improvement. - Able to identify new opportunities for technological improvements and as well optimally utilize the existing used features (ref:hirist.tech)
