Job Description : We are seeking a skilled D365 CRM Developer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Sales, Service Management, Project Operations) and expertise in development. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, along with excellent communication abilities, to effectively support both project-based work and internal platform maintenance. The role requires experience in developing, customizing, and deploying solutions within the D365 CRM environment. The candidate will work on a variety of CRM projects and will play an integral role in ensuring that business processes and user requirements are met through technological solutions. Must-Have Skills : - Strong experience in D365 CRM (Sales, Service Management, Project Operations) - Expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Pages) - Proficiency in .NET and C# development - Strong skills in JavaScript for CRM customizations and enhancements Nice-to-Have Skills : - Knowledge of HTML and jQuery - Familiarity with REST APIs and ODATA protocols Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and deploy custom solutions within the D365 CRM environment - Handle development and maintenance tasks for Sales, Service Management, and Project Operations modules - Support internal teams with platform maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support - Communicate effectively with end-users and internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide timely updates on progress - Provide recommendations for improvements and optimization within the D365 CRM environment - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery Desired Attributes : - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently Exp : 5 - 7 years (ref:hirist.tech)
