Apache NiFi Administrator - IAC Terraform

We are seeking an experienced NiFi DevOps & Admin professional to setup, manage, optimize cluster and data integration workflows using Apache NiFi. The role will focus on the cluster setup, development, configuration, automation, monitoring, and administration of NiFi data flows, supporting both operational reliability and agile development of data-driven applications. This role is integral to ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable data streaming across our systems. Key Responsibilities : - Install, configure, and maintain Apache NiFi clusters, including handling upgrades, patches, and tuning for performance. - Handle capacity planning, provisioning, and scaling of NiFi environments in response to business requirements. - Set up user access control policies and ensure NiFi security compliance. - Automate NiFi deployment and workflow configuration using DevOps tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins). - Implement CI/CD pipelines for NiFi process groups, templates, and parameters. - Work on cloud deployments (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) if applicable, using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices. - Set up monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to track NiFi performance and data flow health. - Troubleshoot and resolve NiFi performance and configuration issues. - Perform root cause analysis on data flow failures and implement corrective measures. - Provide support for NiFi-related queries and issues from customer development and data teams. - Conduct training sessions for new users or junior administrators. Good-to-Have Skills : - Experience with DevOPs or Admin in other BigData Technologies like Apache Spark, Apache Kafka, Apache Cassandra - Experience with handling NiFi in Cloudera, Hortonwork or MapR platform will be added (ref:hirist.tech)
