Job Title : ServiceNow BCM Developer Company Name : Hadron GBS Work Location : Pune (Hybrid - 2 days in-office; travel to Saudi Arabia as required for up to 2 weeks) Job Summary : Hadron GBS is looking for an experienced ServiceNow BCM Developer to lead the implementation and configuration of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) module on the ServiceNow platform. This role requires a deep understanding of BCM practices, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to design, develop, and maintain effective business continuity strategies. Key Responsibilities : - Implement and Configure : Lead the setup and configuration of the BCM module in ServiceNow to meet organizational requirements. - Process Development : Design, develop, and maintain business continuity processes, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), recovery strategies, and testing procedures. - Requirement Gathering : Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to gather and define requirements, ensuring BCM practices align with organizational objectives. - Risk Assessment : Conduct risk assessments and BIAs to identify critical business functions, analyze potential impacts, and develop recovery strategies. - Documentation Management : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for BCM processes, policies, procedures, and training materials to ensure consistency and adherence to best practices. Desirable Skills & Qualifications : - Proven experience with ServiceNow BCM module implementation and configuration. - Strong understanding of business continuity management, risk assessment, and recovery planning. - Excellent collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams. - Ability to produce detailed, accurate, and up-to-date documentation. - Flexibility to travel to Saudi Arabia when required (ref:hirist.tech)
