About the Role : Lorven Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Lead Java Developer to join our team in Chennai. As a Lead Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex software solutions. You will lead a team of developers, mentor junior team members, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities : Technical Leadership : - Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support. Software Development : - Design, develop, and test Java applications using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. Problem-Solving : - Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
