Infosys - Java Technical Manager - Data Structure & Algorithm

Basic Qualifications : - Minimum of 12 years of relevant engineering experience - Minimum of 3 years of managing engineers - Experience in partnering with product and program management teams. Key Responsibilities include : - Ability to provide solutions based on high level problem statements. - Ability to build robust large scale distributed systems with Java. Candidates For This Role Must Have : - Strong understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures used in Java applications. - Good Knowledge in RDBMS, No-SQL databases, Object Oriented design and development (OOA/OOD) - Development expertise on Advanced Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Microservices, Webservices, JPA, Hibernate and other similar technologies. - Technical experience in understanding infrastructure, architecture, planning and designing, covering both on-premises and cloud stack Preferred Qualifications : - Define short-term and long-term product roadmap with faster time-to-market. - Good communication skills with the ability to present information in a clear and concise manner to all the stakeholders. - Proven experience in managing agile projects. - Work with Product and Program Managers to develop and evolve the vision and strategy for the team.
