Role : Permanent full time Employment Job Location : Work from Home / Remote Responsibilities : - Development of mobile applications using Flutter, ensuring high-quality, performance, and scalability. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver compelling and user-friendly mobile experiences. - Architect and implement robust, maintainable, and scalable codebase following best practices and design patterns. - Stay updated with the latest Flutter developments, libraries, and best practices, and proactively introduce improvements to our development process. - Work closely with QA engineers to ensure thorough testing and bug-free releases. - Participate in architectural discussions, planning sessions, and technical design reviews. Requirements : - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. - 5 years of experience in mobile application development. - 2 years of hands-on experience with Flutter framework. - Proficiency in Dart programming language. - Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles, design patterns, and data structures. - Solid understanding of mobile app architecture, UI/UX design principles, and RESTful APIs. - Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile software development methodologies. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
