SalesForce Engineer - Servicemax

Job Description : - Develop build configure and unit test solutions from designs documentation - Follow ServiceMax best practices and enforce data quality policies - Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation - Ensure compliance with security policies through SalesforceServiceMax profiles and permission sets - Created new SalesforceServiceMax custom objects assigned fields designed page layouts custom tabs and components - Plan and conduct requirements gathering session with the business to collect functional and non functional requirements relating to clients ServiceMax technology enhancement and initiatives Experience : - Minimum 3 years experience in ServiceMax - Total 5 years of experience in Salesforce technologies - Minimum 3 years in Agile and DevOps development - Create SFMs custom objects workflows triggers flows lightning components Visualforce Pages custom integrations SOQL and SOSL queries and web services - Design and develop solutions on the SalesforcecomServiceMax platform using Apex programming language - Work data feeds to and from SAP and other systems and other ETL tools - Indepth Knowledge of Salesforce ServiceMax application administration security models sharing rules standard custom objects Validation and workflow rules reports dashboards and release management and sandbox environments Skills : Salesforce Development (ref:hirist.tech)
