Lead/Senior UX Architect - Creative Suite

Job Overview : We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead UX Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the user experience strategy and design for our products. You will lead a team of designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to create user-centered designs that enhance usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction. Key Responsibilities : Lead UX Strategy : Develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy that aligns with the company's goals and user needs. Team Leadership : Mentor and guide a team of UX designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. User Research : Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts. Information Architecture : Design intuitive information architectures and user flows to optimize user interactions across products. Wireframing & Prototyping : Create high-fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively. Collaboration : Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and meet business objectives. Design System Management : Oversee the creation and maintenance of a cohesive design system to ensure consistency across products. Accessibility Standards : Advocate for and implement accessibility best practices to create inclusive user experiences. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field; Master's preferred. - 5 years-12years of experience in UX design, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in UX design processes, methodologies, and successful projects. - Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and prototyping tools (e.g., InVision, Axure). - Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices. - Experience conducting user research and usability testing. - Strong communication skills, with the ability to present and advocate for design decisions effectively.
