Senior Java Software Engineer - Spring/Hibernate

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining robust Java applications that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and implement scalable Java applications and services. - Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other developers to define project requirements and deliver effective solutions. - Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to coding standards and best practices. - Conduct code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability of code across the team. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and improve performance. - Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, and apply them to the project as needed. - Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in Java development. - Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to the overall team objectives. Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5 years of experience in Java development. - Strong knowledge of Java frameworks (e., Spring, Hibernate). - Proficiency in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL). - Familiarity with front-end technologies (e., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. - Understanding of version control systems (e., Git). - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Skills : - Experience with cloud platforms (e., AWS, Azure). - Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e., Docker, Jenkins). - Knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices.
