The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of core experience and a strong understanding of Agile development methodologies. Key Responsibilities : 1. Technical Leadership : Provide technical leadership and guidance to the team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products. 2. Software Development : Design, develop, test, and maintain complex software applications using C++, C#, .NET, and WPF. 3. Team Management : Lead a team of software developers, providing mentorship, coaching, and guidance to ensure the team is productive and efficient. 4. Agile Process : Ensure the team is following Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban, and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. 5.
