AEM Project Manager

Job Description : We are seeking an experienced AEM Project Manager with 10 years of project management experience and 2-3 years of expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The ideal candidate should hold a PM certification and be fluent in Gujarati. You will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of AEM-based projects, ensuring they meet business objectives and timelines. Key Responsibilities : - Lead and manage AEM projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely execution. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, deliverables, and timelines. - Coordinate with developers, designers, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals. - Monitor project progress, manage risks, and resolve issues to ensure successful project completion. - Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project status. - Maintain a strong focus on AEM best practices and solutions to ensure high-quality delivery. Requirements : - 10 years of project management experience. - 2-3 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). - PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar). - Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills in Gujarati (required for Ahmedabad location). - Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects on time. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus (ref:hirist.tech)
